Nature doesn’t discriminate, so why should we?

The world has been taken by storm with our views on gender inequality, racial discrimination, casteism, etc. Why? It clearly means that there is a divide. There is discrimination in one form or another, deep down in our social structure.

Is it just limited to that? I guess not!

The divide extends much further. The often forgotten distinct categories of organizations, the “for-profit” and the “not-for-profit” organizations - and our approach towards them.
